Professional couple is seeking a part-time house manager/family assistant. Both parents travel extensively for work. They hope to engage a professional who can support them in managing their home and family administrative tasks so that their time at home can be spent as a family with their 15 year old daughter. Their ideal candidate will:
- Work with mom to understand her goals and needs and carry them out with minimal supervision
- Handle meal planning, grocery shopping and meal prep
- Schedule and supervise vendors for household maintenance
- Provide back-up overnight care for 15 year old if both parents are traveling and regular care arrangement is unavailable.
- Research, plan and book family travel. Plan for holidays.
- Assist with calendar/expense management.
Schedule: 20 flexible hours/week, shopping/meal prep to be done on Wednesday or Thursday. Some parts of the job can be done remotely.
