To make your search as seamless as possible, we’ve structured our placement fee as a flat rate rather than a percentage of annual compensation. We’ve designed it this way for a few important reasons:
- It allows us to remain a neutral third party during salary discussions.
- Families know their total investment from the very beginning of the process.
- It ensures families can direct more of their resources toward creating a strong compensation package for their new nanny.

Rebecca
Full-time, northern suburbs

Education
Rebecca received an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Nanny from Delta College in 1993.

Seasoned professional with strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice.

Dionne completed high school in her native Jamaica.

In addition to her nanny work, Dionne has assisted many families with their newborns as a doula and night nanny. She has cared for multiples as well as babies with special medical needs.

Amy has the unique combination of being a trained, experienced classroom teacher and a professional nanny. She has worked in nanny shares and before she completed her teaching degree worked in a Montessori program with 0 - 2 years olds.
