Professional couple is seeking a morning nanny to care for their baby and 4-year-old while helping keep the household running smoothly. The family values a calm, child-led approach to parenting and is looking for someone who is warm, attentive, and proactive. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a hands-on mom (currently on maternity leave) and become part of a supportive team caring for two sweet children. Their ideal candidate is:
- Experienced with infants and toddlers
- Shares a child-led, respectful parenting philosophy — calm, nurturing, and responsive rather than strict
- Enjoys engaging with children through play, singing, reading, and exploration
- Understands routines and boundaries without being rigid
- Proactive and organized but flexible when household tasks take a back seat to child care
- Team player who can tag-team with mom and communicate openly
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am -12/1 pm.
Gold Coast

Working parents are seeking a nanny/house manager to help with their 9 yr old twin boys and running their home. They have well-established household routines and are looking for someone who can come in and continue with what they already have set up. Their ideal candidate will:
- Have prior experience with school-age children
- Be physically fit and enjoy being active with the boys
- Have strong meal planning and cooking skills and willing to take charge of this for the family
- Be a comfortable city driver in their larger, family vehicle
- Be happy to host friends after-school
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm and Tuesday, Thursday 12:30 pm - 6 pm. They’ll need full days on any school holidays

Stay at home mom with four kids 6 and under, including a nursing infant, and a husband who travels for business needs an extra pair of hands. There is a fair amount of driving involved in this position, primarily picking up the oldest two from preschool and getting them to after-school activities. Grocery shopping, errands and help prepping snacks will be a big plus.
This is a calm, orderly home with zero screens. Kids love arts and crafts, music. They would love to find someone with strong experience with young children who can tag team with and support mom.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:30 am - 7 pm, flexibility to come in the morning once a week, with notice and occasionally cover a Saturday morning from 9 am - 1 pm.

Professional couple with three school-age children are seeking nanny/house manager who can bring value-added to their busy household. Their ideal candidate will:
- Have strong organizational skills and be a self-starter
- Enjoy working with older kids
- Able to take the lead managing things in the home
- Meal planning and prep for kids
- Comfortable in a cat-friendly home
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12/2 pm - 7 pm. Need quite a bit of flexibility for days off school, occasional overnights. Able to give the schedule in advance.
