Our new fee structure for permanent placements makes it more affordable for families to access our services - and hire a high quality nanny as quickly as possible. Here's what you need to know:


  • Full-time Permanent Placement Fee:
    $2500 (35 hours per week and up)
  • Part-time Permanent Placement Fee:
    $1300 (34 hours per week and less)


For most placements, this represents a significant savings (over $800 on a placement at $650 per week) off our old fee of 10% of the first year's gross salary. We'll continue to offer our 90 day replacement guarantee.

We are interviewing and processing a record number of nanny applications. Families who use our services interview an average of 3 - 5 nannies chosen to meet their specific requirements. We can take all the legwork out of the process, letting you concentrate on making the best selection for your family. Most successful searches are concluded in less than 10 days.
